OSL

Open to athletes from all countries, the competition offers multiple participation formats, including 1 Lift, 2 Lift, 3 Lift and All4.

Athletes will compete within their assigned OSL division, determined by their RIS score, with newcomers starting in Division 3.

Competition results will contribute towards official OSL all-time rankings, records and OSL All4 divisional progression.
