Open to athletes from all countries, the competition offers multiple participation formats, including 1 Lift, 2 Lift, 3 Lift and All4.

Athletes will compete within their assigned OSL division, determined by their RIS score, with newcomers starting in Division 3.

Competition results will contribute towards OSL all-time rankings, records and OSL All4 divisional progression.

OSL Competition Champions
Every OSL event crowns one Male OSL Champion and one Female OSL Champion.

The title is awarded to the male and female athlete who achieve the highest RIS score of the competition, regardless of division or weight class.

Each OSL Competition Champion receives an OSL Championship Belt.

All4 athletes compete within their assigned division.

The athlete with the highest RIS score in each division is crowned the Division Winner, regardless of weight class.

Division winners recognise the strongest performance within each competitive level while ensuring athletes compete against others of similar ability.
